Order Processing

• Orders will be processed within 18hrs of the date of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• International customers may be subject to additional fees, such as import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.

Delivery

• We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
• We will use reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery.
• Time for delivery shall not be of the essence.

• We use different shipping carrier based on the product, location and the shipping method. We use reputable shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
